Do not postpone yourself.
  • Wake up no later than 8 a.m.
  • Limit your screentime.
  • Stretch\workout\walk daily.
  • Write down your thoughts. No one else has to hear it.
  • Be more mindful with your time and money.
  • If a task requires no longer than 5 minutes, do not put if off.
  • Concentrate on one thing at a time.
  • Practice and never skip self care.
  • Do not indulge{...} or sulk.
  • Express yourself when needed, or else you'll burst, malfunction.
  • Do not be a slave to inertia.
  • Listen to new artists and albums.
  • Sketch as much as possible.
  • Try to play your favourite song by ear.
  • Read.
  • Update your blog.
  • Keep a scrapbook\diary no one has to see.
  • Master your skills. Half assed work is useless.
